What We Collect

Waitlist signup: We collect your email address when you join the waitlist. This is stored in our database (Supabase) and used solely to notify you when Brigent is available.

Analytics: We use PostHog to track anonymous page visits and waitlist signups. This includes standard browser information (referrer, UTM parameters) but no personal data beyond your email if you sign up.

API usage (when available): When you use the Brigent API, we log request metadata (timestamps, endpoints called, deployment IDs) for debugging and billing. We do not inspect the contents of your deployments.

What We Don't Collect

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties
• We do not use your data for advertising beyond our own campaigns
• We do not track you across other websites
• We do not store payment card details (payments are handled via on-chain USDC)

Cookies

We use a single analytics cookie (PostHog) to distinguish unique visitors. No advertising cookies. No third-party trackers.

Data Retention

Waitlist emails are retained until you request removal. Analytics data is retained for 12 months. API logs are retained for 90 days.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. We will remove your information within 30 days.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. API keys are bcrypt-hashed. Deployment secrets use AES-256-GCM encryption. See our FAQ for more on security.
